0ur mares are all special to us.  They have been chosen for our breeding program due to their bloodlines, temperament and conformation.  We do not stand our own stallion.  That allows us to choose stallions that complement our mares.  We look for stallions that will contribute to our breeding program and offer traits that exemplify the Rocky Mountain horse.  We feel our foals possess the bloodlines to best carry on the Rocky Mountain breed.  Our foals are imprinted at birth and worked with until they are sold.

Belle is Annie's first foal.  Born in 2005, she is a beautiful dark chocolate filly with a snow white mane and tail.    She, like her dam, is red gene negative.   She is a quick learner and willing to please.  Her sire is Smokey Joe by Buddy Roe.  Her dam is Purdue's Cruisin' Annie.  Belle has a beautifully consistent  way of going. She was shown in the  2008 show season in the 3 year old classic pleasure classes for KMSHA and UMH and Rocky Mountain show.  She has been shown successfully in the juvenile classes and she can be ridden by anybody.

In 2009, after starting training with Jessica Shannon in mid July she was entered in trail pleasure classes at the UMH Summer Celebration and the World Show, winning several ribbons, including 1st place among 18 mares.  She brought home the World Grand Championship in the Youth 17 & Under Division ridden by Samantha Abney.

WR's Calli Anne is now in the show ring winning her very first show

2011 Champion 2-3 YO open Trail Pleasure

Dancer produced a sweet chocolate stud colt by Shepherd's Snowy River in 2009.  River will be a medium chocolate with a white mane and tail.  She has a very laid back temperament, which she always passes to her offspring.  Honeysuckle Hattie, a 2008 chocolate filly by Dakota was sold to Germany.

Dancer was used as my trail horse for a few years before coming a brood mare.    She possesses the traits of her sire, SAM'S SON , who is known for his quiet temperament and classic conformation. Dancer has a broad chest and a sturdy build.   She is a medium chocolate with a flax mane and tail.  She is out of a Choco mare.  Dancer's foals have her quiet, sensible temperament.

In 2011 Annie gave us a beautiful chocolate filly by LA Bud, Windy Rock's Francie Ann.  She has the longest white eyelashes.  She's a looker!  Francie Ann has pictures on the Sale Barn Page.   She has an excellent conformation and beautiful coloring with a snow white mane and tail.

She is Awesome!

Annie is a true black, red gene negative, brood mare.   Her conformation is the old time Rocky style, short coupled, small head, with a deep chest.  Her bloodlines come from the Nuncio/Kilburn Chocolate Sundown lines.  Her 2005 filly, Annabelle, took Reserve Champion in the yearling conformation at the 2006 International Show.  Belle is currently in training with Jessica Shannon for the 2011 show season.
Her 2007 foal, by Shepherd's Snowy River, is a beautiful black filly named Xena.  Xena went to Canada.
2008 brought us a chocolate filly by Jolly Joe, an old time stallion.  This filly, Calli Anne is a gorgeous dark chocolate with a white mane and tail.  She has a  locked in gait. She is a strong show prospect.   Calli was sold to Indiana.

Mabeline was a strong producer for us and we will always cherish the foals she gave us.  She has moved to a new home and we wish her new owners well and many happy years to enjoy Mabeline.
